um probably just because a comic is a visual medium, and interpreting the trolls allows more freedom, but the trolls themselves, as trolls, are drawn exactly as they appear

not that i dislike the tz on the right, i think its cute but thats just the same reason that people who hold the headcanon of indian rarity don’t draw rarity’s white fur as brown
